Hyben Vital ApS is a family-owned company based on the Danish island of Langeland. Since the early 1980s, it has specialised in manufacturing products from rosehips. The company was founded by the visionary Erik "Farmer" Hansen, who was convinced that his pulverised dried rosehips had health-giving properties.
Thanks to many years of intensive research and development, the active ingredients in the rosehips have since been identified, and the unique method used by Hyben Vitals ApS to produce its rosehip powder has been patented.
Hyben Vital ApS has grown rapidly in recent years and currently employs more than 20 people in research and development, production and sales. Its products are marketed via a partner in Denmark and are exported to more than 15 countries.
